You’ll be working directly with customers who run the most tech-forward sales teams in the company and with an internal team of multi-time entrepreneurs (+$500M raised, 30Under30 founders, cutting-edge engineers, and a nuclear physicist).

About the Role

Knode is seeking a Product Operations Manager who is detail-oriented, organized, service-driven, and passionate about enabling change with cutting-edge AI. You’ll be at the center of how we deliver value to customers — supporting the systems, documentation, and workflows that ensure every engagement drives measurable, revenue-focused outcomes.

You’ll thrive in this role if you love solving problems and automating with AI, can quickly grasp new systems and workflows, and are excited to provide revenue-driving value to customers—facilitating alignment across leaders, frontline teams, and technical stakeholders.

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the entire system of how an AI SaaS business runs — from customer onboarding to product feedback loops. You’ll contribute to CX, Product, and GTM  — while learning directly from leaders across each function.

Job is fully remote, but location must be within United States.


What You’ll Do

🎯 Product & Customer Operations

  • Support customer onboarding end-to-end—creating kickoff/rollout decks, configuring accounts, and coordinating on Slack.
  • Run proofs of concept (POCs) and implement post-call customer updates and workflow adjustments.
  • Conduct QA to ensure calls in the Knode platform are captured, classified, and analyzed accurately for customers.
  • Run in-tool analyses, sync insights to the CRM, and troubleshoot or generate coaching outputs as needed.

⚙️ Process & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for customer operations.
  • Partner across CX, Engineering, and Product to align workflows, QA new features, and identify system improvements.
  • Support implementation and optimization of automation scripts, classifications, and configurations in Knode’s tools.

💼 Revenue & Enablement Support

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy across customer records, calls, and transcripts.
  • Execute list building, reporting, and automation tasks that support customer and revenue operations.
  • Contribute to marketing enablement by resharing content, researching awards/podcasts, and surfacing prospect insights.

Education/Training, Qualifications, And Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with AI and revops tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft preferred (training will be provided).
  • Bonus: previous sales ops or CSM experience and exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier, Workato).

Salary Range: The standard base salary range for this position is $70,200 – $110,700 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
