About the role
As a Data/Backend Engineer Lead at Knotch, you'll be at the forefront of our data initiatives. You'll take ownership of critical data projects, ensuring their reliability, performance, accuracy, and quality. This means not only building robust solutions but also proactively identifying and resolving data inconsistencies. Beyond technical ownership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering team by providing technical direction, conducting thorough reviews, and mentoring other engineers.

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 CAD
