About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analytics (Marketing) professional with 5+ years of experience and expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to join our team. This role involves analyzing marketing performance data, uncovering actionable insights, and driving strategic decisions to improve our marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to identify key metrics and objectives.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, trends, and actionable insights from data.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor marketing KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and other experimentation techniques to evaluate marketing strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing spend, improve customer segmentation, and enhance targeting strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align analytics with business goals.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across various sources and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) techniques to uncover insights.
- Advanced skills in tools like SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with large datasets and building data pipelines.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Knowledge of attribution models, customer lifetime value (CLV), and marketing ROI analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
