BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB
In the Business Development Representative/Account Executive (BDR) role, you will research prospective customers, collaboratively create outreach strategies, identify and nurture sales opportunities, and convert opportunities to sales wins. As the BDR, you will partake in exploratory conversations with potential clients, use your business acumen to identify how Kolme Group could help their business excel, and successfully position Kolme Group as the best avenue for progress. The BDR will carry the conversations through contract negotiations and closing as the Account Executive.
This position offers a base salary plus commission and the potential for quarterly bonuses. Kolme Group team members who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement.
The client market will include the Americans and Europe. Therefore, candidate must be willing to cover a half day of European time zones. Ideal candidate will be located in the East Coast, but must be physically located in the United States.

Essential Functions of the Job:
- Help mid and large sized companies in the America’s and Europe to realize the potential of data driven PPM
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Conduct enterprise level prospecting (5-15 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Become knowledgeable about the products and services Kolme Group offers
- develop high level understanding to emphasize features to peak potential client interest
- be able to ask leading questions to encourage further discussions
- be able to deliver basic product demos, answer questions, and drive conversation toward closing
- Emphasize the features of the products to highlight how it can solve customer problems
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies and relationship nurturing tactics
- Conduct qualification assessments, and discovery meetings to further assess a prospect's business needs and potential for partnership with one of our PM tools
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Maintain key relationships both internally and externally with current and prospective clients
- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
- 1 year minimum of previous successful business-to-business sales experience is required
- Previous SaaS sales experience is highly desired
- Previous technology, consulting, professional services sales experience is a plus
- Previous experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed quotas is highly desired
- Previous customer facing work experience is required
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or a MBA is helpful, but neither are required
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be physically located in the United States and legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Candidate will preferably be located on the East Coast, however, workday must cover a half day of Europe so other locations will be considered if candidate agrees to this schedule.
- Kolme Group is not accepting candidates located in California or Connecticut at this time.
