BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB 

The Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions to meet client needs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve sales targets, essentially acting as the primary point of contact between Kolme Group and our customers to drive revenue growth by fostering long-term partnerships. Qualified applicants will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in software licensing and professional services sales, and a proven ability to build and foster positive working relationships internally and externally. Looking for someone tech-savvy and imbued with great ideas to generate Sales for our growing company.

Essential Functions of the Job

Prospecting and Lead Generation: 

  • Become knowledgeable about the products and services Kolme Group offers  
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.  
  • Identify potential clients, research their needs, and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.  
  • Identify New Customers, manage and grow existing clients. Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build new client referrals.  
  • Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results. 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and goals to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business. 
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow. 

Sales Presentations and Demos: 

  • Be an engaging presenter, be able to ask leading questions to encourage further discussions, answer questions and identify opportunities for account growth. 
  • Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the value proposition and addressing client concerns.   

Proposals, Negotiations, and Closings: 

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including developing and executing sales strategies, obtaining license pricing from Product Partners, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline.   
  • Create customized proposals outlining solutions, pricing, and contract terms to meet client requirements. 
  • Uncover, understand, and translate a company’s needs into a well-defined statement of work. 

Account Management: 

  • Collaborate with the delivery team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.  
  • Creatively resolve differences that arise during contract negotiation, ensuring mutual benefit, consistency, and clarity in the agreement for Product Partners, Clients, and the Company  
  • Field and respond to Client escalations to deescalate tensions while simultaneously informing appropriate Kolme Group leadership and stakeholders 
  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross selling all of our service offerings.  
  • Maintain key relationships both internally and externally with current and prospective Clients  

Sales Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline and key metrics.

SUCCESSFUL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

Education and/or Experience:  

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or 4 Years of experience will be accepted in lieu of education. 
  • Previous successful sales experience (4+ years) 
  • Previous experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed quotas  
  • Proven experience working with senior management/C suite executives 
  • Experience in B2B sales (2+ years)
