OVERVIEW:

The VP, Americas Partner Sales is the executive leader responsible for the strategy and execution of all partner-led revenue across the Americas. Your mission is to build a "partner-first" culture within the Americas sales organization.

You will lead a team of regional partner sales directors and managers to ensure that every major enterprise deal in the Americas has a partner attached; whether it’s a Hyperscaler for cloud consumption, a GSI for implementation, or a regional specialist for niche expertise. You are the bridge between our global alliance strategy and the local field execution that drives hit-the-ground revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Regional Ecosystem Strategy

      The Americas Playbook: Adapt the global partner strategy for the nuances of the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.

      Territory Mapping: Lead the "Account Mapping" process between Kore.ai Regional Sales Directors and partner counterparts (AWS, Microsoft, GSI’s, Resellers, etc.).

      Segment Focus: Develop specific partner motions for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Industry specific, segments within the region.

2. Revenue & Pipeline Execution (The "Hunter" Motion)

      Quota Ownership: Carry the primary responsibility for Partner-Sourced and Partner-Influenced ARR for the Americas region.

      Co-Sell Orchestration: Act as the "deal architect" for complex, multi-party sales cycles involving Kore.ai, a Hyperscaler, and a GSI.

      Marketplace Dominance: Drive regional adoption of Cloud Marketplaces to accelerate deal velocity and tap into customer committed spend.

3. Team Leadership & Field Alignment

      Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Americas-based and Global Partner Sales Managers and Directors.

      Sales Integration: Work hand-in-hand with the EVP of Americas Sales to ensure partner managers are viewed as essential extensions of the direct sales team.

      Channel Hygiene: Resolve deal-registration conflicts and ensure clear rules of engagement between partners and the direct sales force.

4. Partner Activation & Demand Gen

      Regional Events: Direct Kore.ai’s presence at regional partner summits, roadshows, and executive roundtables.

      Local GTM Campaigns: Collaborate with Regional Marketing to launch "Better Together" campaigns tailored to Americas-specific industry verticals.

MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in Enterprise Sales or Alliances in enterprise software, AI, SaaS or cloud technologies in North American Market required.
  • Multi-Partner Proficiency: Deep experience managing relationships across all three tiers: Hyperscalers (AWS/Azure), GSIs (Deloitte/Accenture), and Regional BDO’s required.
  • AI/SaaS Fluency: Proven ability to articulate the business value of Agentic AI, LLMs, and Automation to both technical and C-suite stakeholders required.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of scaling regional partner revenue from "nascent" to "primary growth driver” required.
  • Field Orchestration: Expert at managing "Co-Sell" motions where multiple stakeholders have competing interests required.
  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to walk into a Fortune 500 boardroom alongside a partner and lead the AI transformation conversation required.
  • Operational Rigor: Deep understanding of SFDC partner tracking, pipeline hygiene, and regional forecasting required.
  • Hunter Mentality: You don't just manage relationships; you hunt for deals within the partner’s existing customer base required.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

 

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $190,000 - $210,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
