POSITION / TITLE:
Outbound GTM Product Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Outbound GTM Product Manager, you will be the crucial link between our product development teams and the market. You will be responsible for defining, orchestrating, and executing the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and existing product enhancements. This role requires a unique blend of product expertise, market understanding, and strong communication skills to ensure our products resonate with target customers and drive significant business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and significant feature releases, including market sizing, competitive analysis, pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful execution of GTM plans.
- Define target customer segments and develop compelling value propositions for each.
Market Intelligence & Evangelism:
- Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within your product domain.
- Gather and synthesize market feedback from sales, customer success, and direct customer interactions to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Evangelize the product internally and externally, including presentations to customers, prospects, partners, and at industry events.
Sales Enablement:
- Create compelling sales enablement materials, including product decks, battlecards, FAQs, competitive intelligence, and demo scripts.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales and customer success teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively position and sell our products.
- Provide ongoing support to sales in key deals, acting as a product expert.
Content & Collateral Development:
- Partner with marketing to develop high-impact product marketing content, including website copy, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
- Ensure consistent and compelling product messaging across all external communications.
Product Launch Management:
- Lead cross-functional launch teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful and impactful product releases.
- Monitor and analyze product launch performance, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary liaison between product development and market-facing teams.
- Facilitate strong communication channels to ensure product vision and value are clearly articulated and understood across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on go-to-market strategy and execution required.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products within in a high-growth, global B2B SaaS company required; experience within AI company with a B2B sales model highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and product performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently reside in Seattle, WA or local surrounding area required.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $150,000-$170,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
