Chief of Staff/Business Manager


POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly strategic, and operationally excellent Chief of Staff/Business Manager to support the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in scaling and operationalizing a high-growth Global Partner Organization. This role serves as a trusted thought partner, execution enabler, and force multiplier to the EVP. You will work across all functions—partner sales, strategy, operations, enablement, marketing, and alliances—to ensure alignment, clarity, and acceleration of our most critical initiatives.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Kore.ai’s partner growth strategy. You will help drive the rhythm of the business, facilitate data-driven decisions, and ensure that priorities are executed with focus and speed. You are the person who sees around corners, connects the dots, and keeps the engine running.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Business Cadence: Lead operational rhythms (QBRs, staff meetings, all-hands, planning cycles), ensuring the EVP and leadership team are informed, prepared, and focused on top priorities.
  • Enable Strategic Execution: Operationalize key strategic initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams, tracking execution, and removing roadblocks.
  • Monitor KPIs & Metrics: Build and manage dashboards to track progress against partner org OKRs and hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • Internal & Executive Communications: Craft high-impact internal updates, board decks, and executive briefings that inform, inspire, and align.
  • Organizational Alignment: Serve as a connective tissue across teams—driving collaboration, clarity, and action across PSDs, PSMs, marketing, sales, and GSI/BPO leaders.
  • Special Projects: Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives on behalf of the EVP, including new program launches, partnership models, and organizational transitions.
  • Trusted Partner: Act as a sounding board and proxy for the EVP in meetings, helping to triage decisions, accelerate actions, and drive alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience working directly with C-level executives, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or partner ecosystem roles.
  • Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs with speed and excellence.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Highly structured thinker with a bias for action, strong EQ, and strong attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of GTM motions (sell-with, sell-through, co-build), partner ecosystems, and cloud partnerships is a major plus.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, context switching, and operating in a high-growth, high-velocity environment.
  • Currently residing in Seattle WA and working onsite & in-person required.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA or consulting experience a plus.

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $140,000 - $160,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
