POSITION / TITLE: Partner Portal Manager


POSITION SUMMARY:


We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Partner Portal Manager to oversee and optimize our presence across critical partner ecosystems. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our partnerships with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP, Microsoft), enterprise software vendors, and channel partners to ensure maximum visibility, competency recognition, and business opportunity generation.


LOCATION: Hyderabad (work from office)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hyperscaler Partnership Management
    • AWS Partner Network (APN): Maintain and enhance partner tier status, ensure solution listings are current and optimized, complete required competencies and certifications
    • Google Cloud Partner Program: Manage specialization requirements, update solution catalog, maintain premier partner status
    • Microsoft Partner Network: Oversee competency maintenance, solution marketplace presence, and co-sell program participation
    • Monitor partnership health metrics and KPIs across all hyperscaler platforms
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with partner requirements and maximize benefits
  • Enterprise Software Partner Portals
    • Workday: Manage partner directory presence, solution listings, and certification requirements
    • SAP: Maintain PartnerEdge portal, solution catalog, and competency certifications
    • ServiceNow: Oversee partner program participation and solution marketplace presence
    • Genesys: Manage AppFoundry listings and partnership tier status
    • Continuously evaluate and onboard new strategic partner portals as business needs evolve
  • Channel Partner Relationship Management
    • Impartner PRM Administration: Manage our Partner Relationship Management system for GSI, BPO, and reseller partners
    • Monitor and qualify incoming opportunities from channel partners
    • Maintain partner onboarding processes and documentation
    • Track partner performance metrics and engagement levels
    • Facilitate partner enablement and training initiatives
  • Strategic Partnership Operations
    • Develop and maintain partnership strategy aligned with business objectives
    • Create and manage partner portal optimization roadmaps
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams for partner-related initiatives
    • Prepare regular partnership health reports and business impact analysis
    • Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and deepening relationships

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or related roles
  • Proven track record managing enterprise technology partnerships
  • Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (AWS, GCP, Microsoft)
  • Familiarity with PRM systems and channel partner management

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services
  • Experience with enterprise software ecosystems
  • Proficiency in CRM/PRM systems (Impartner experience preferred)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with partner portal interfaces and requirements

  • Previous experience in a technology services or consulting environment

  • Reduce time-to-market for new solution listings by 30%
