Partner Enablement Manager


POSITION SUMMARY:


The Partner Enablement Manager at Kore.ai will serve as a key contributor responsible for executing and managing comprehensive enablement programs that drive partner success and accelerate go-to-market effectiveness. This role focuses on hands-on program delivery, content creation, and partner relationship management within our global partner ecosystem.

This individual will be instrumental in operationalizing enablement strategies, managing day-to-day partner training programs, and ensuring consistent execution of enablement initiatives across multiple partner tiers and regions. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to deliver impactful training experiences that drive measurable partner performance improvements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who combines strong execution skills with partner relationship expertise—someone who can manage complex programs while building meaningful connections with partner organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Partner Program Management & Execution

      Execute partner enablement programs including onboarding, product training, and sales certifications for channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances

      Manage partner training calendars, scheduling, and logistics across multiple time zones and regions

      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of enablement content and resources to partners

      Track and report on partner participation rates, certification completion, and program effectiveness metrics

2. Content Development & Management

      Create and maintain partner-specific enablement materials including training modules, quick reference guides, competitive battle cards, and demo scripts

      Develop role-based training content for different partner personas (sales, technical, marketing)

      Maintain the partner enablement portal and ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with product releases

      Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical product updates into partner-friendly training materials

3. Partner Training & Certification Delivery

      Design and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for partner teams across different skill levels

      Manage partner certification programs and track completion rates and performance outcomes

      Conduct regular partner enablement sessions, webinars, and workshops

      Provide ongoing coaching and support to help partners achieve certification and performance goals

4. Partner Relationship Management

      Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts and enablement champions

      Serve as primary point of contact for partner enablement requests and inquiries

      Gather partner feedback on training effectiveness and incorporate insights into program improvements

      Collaborate with Partner Development teams to identify enablement needs and opportunities

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

      Monitor partner enablement metrics including training completion rates, certification pass rates, and time-to-productivity

      Generate regular reports on partner enablement activities and outcomes for leadership review

      Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement

      Support ROI analysis by tracking correlation between enablement participation and partner sales performance

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

      Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure partner messaging alignment and competitive positioning

      Partner with Sales Operations to integrate partner enablement data into CRM and reporting systems

      Collaborate with Customer Success to develop post-sale enablement resources for partners

      Support regional sales teams with partner-specific enablement requests and customizations

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in partner enablement, channel program management, sales training, or related field required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or technology alliances in a B2B SaaS environment required
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and partner portal platforms required
  • Strong understanding of partner sales motions and channel dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with training delivery methods including virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and certification programs required
  • Proven ability to create engaging training content and educational materials
  • Experience with program management tools and methodologies required
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track and report on program effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse partner audiences
  • Previous experience in technical or product training roles required
  • Familiarity with partner management platforms and ecosystems required
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools required
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with partner certification program development and management
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, solution selling, value based selling)
  • Experience supporting partners across multiple regions and time zones preferred
  • Background in AI, automation, or enterprise solutions highly preferred
  • Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field required
  • Professional certifications in training, enablement, or partner management preferred

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $150,000 - $170,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
