POSITION / TITLE:  Manager, Deal Desk

LOCATION: London, UK (hybrid)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to join our Global Deal Desk team. This role will serve as a critical business partner to Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations, and Partner teams, supporting complex deal structuring, managing the approval process, drafting order forms for renewals and new business, and overseeing hyperscaler order placement. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence and ensure deals align with company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Deal Strategy & Structuring

      Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to structure strategic and non-standard deals

      Review pricing, terms, and configuration of deals to optimize revenue and maintain policy compliance

Deal Approval Process

      Manage and enforce internal deal approval workflows

      Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Expert Services, Leadership) to streamline and track approvals

Order Management

      Draft and review order forms for new business, renewals, expansions, etc.

      Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of customer contracts

      Manage end-to-end ordering process through hyperscaler marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Compliance & Governance

      Ensure adherence to internal pricing and discount policies, contractual standards, and audit guidelines

      Maintain clean documentation of approvals and deal exceptions

 

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

      Educate Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams on deal desk processes and best practices

      Recommend and implement improvements in pricing tools, workflows, and HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ systems

Reporting & Analytics

      Track and report key deal desk metrics including approval turnaround time, discount levels, and deal velocity

      Provide insights to improve deal efficiency and revenue predictability

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

      Minimum 3 years of experience in Deal Desk within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in an enterprise software SaaS, Cloud, or Technology company required

      Deep knowledge of deal structuring, order form creation, and contract lifecycle management required

      Experience working with hyperscaler marketplaces is highly preferred (e.g., AWS Marketplace, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

      Strong process orientation and experience working with global enterprise customers required

      Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategy, and compliance policies required

      Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools, and contract management platforms required; HubSpot & DealHub preferred

      Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and proactively solve problems

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

      Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and provide data-driven recommendations

      This hybrid role is based in our London UK office, with the option to work remotely


EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required

      MBA or other relevant graduate-level education is preferred
