Position Overview

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Kore.ai Academy, you’ll transform complex AI concepts into clear, engaging visual stories that make learning exciting and memorable. From animated explainers to interactive video assets, your work will power the next generation of AI education.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create Multimedia Magic: Design high-quality explainer videos, animated tutorials, product walkthroughs, and motion elements that simplify Kore.ai’s AI workflows and use cases.
  • Visual Storytelling: Animate data flows, chatbot logic, and AI concepts using motion, icons, and infographics that make abstract ideas tangible.
  • Collaborate for Learning Impact: Work with instructional designers and trainers to storyboard visuals aligned to learning goals; integrate graphics into e-learning modules.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Apply Kore.ai’s brand language across all content—ensuring a unified, professional visual identity.
  • Organize Assets: Manage a design library for reuse, optimize media for LMS delivery, and ensure accessibility and performance.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Design, Animation, or Multimedia; 3+ years in motion graphics/animation with a strong design portfolio or demo reel.
  • Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (2D required; 3D a plus). Familiarity with Blender is an added advantage. Strong eye for composition, color, and typography.
  • Skilled at turning abstract tech ideas into compelling visuals; prior experience creating explainer or educational videos preferred.
  • Comfortable understanding AI and software concepts, and skilled at visually representing data, user journeys, and workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration and time management; adaptable to feedback, tight deadlines, and evolving product content.
