POSITION / TITLE: Executive Outreach Manager / Strategic Initiatives Manager


The Executive Outreach Manager is a critical role responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with key executive stakeholders across various industries. This pivotal role focuses on two key pillars: strategic partnerships and executive network leverage. This high adaptable individual will develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage C-suite leaders, industry influencers, and potential strategic partners to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster mutually beneficial collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, networking, in-depth research and relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to engage with senior-level executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and Execute Executive Outreach Strategies:

  • Design and implement comprehensive outreach plans targeting key executive audiences aligned with the
    company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key executive stakeholders across target industries and organizations.
  • Develop compelling messaging and communication materials tailored to executive-level audiences.
  • Utilize various outreach channels, including direct outreach, networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms.

      
Build and Maintain Executive Relationships:

  • Collaborate with key strategic partnerships to understand use cases, craft strategic emails for
    Kore.ai executives, build presentations, conduct company research, and track all activities in HubSpot.
  • Proactively build and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives, industry thought leaders, and potential strategic partners.
  • Identify and engage with existing executive connections to generate high-value meetings.
  • Understand the business objectives and priorities of target executives to identify areas of mutual interest and potential collaboration.
  • Maintain a detailed record of interactions and relationship development activities.

        
Drive Strategic Partnerships and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with key organizations.
  • Facilitate introductions and meetings between company executives and target stakeholders. Support executives in meetings, ensuring they are well-prepared and ensure next steps are executed and opportunities progress smoothly.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and nurturing potential leads through executive engagement.

        
Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on the progress and impact of executive outreach activities.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different outreach strategies and channels.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on key relationships and partnership opportunities
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and flow chart tools to manage outreach and
    reporting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive outreach, business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives required.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior leaders required.
  • Previous experience using HubSpot & LinkedIn Sales Navigator required; additional other relevant outreach and communication tools highly preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to build trust and rapport with high-level executives.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Adapt and refine processes as the role evolves, comfortable often working without predefined structures.
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, capable of navigating evolving processes.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and executive presence.
  • Ability to travel as required.

 

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related degree required.


Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $110,000 maximum. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
