POSITION / TITLE: Manager -GTM Systems Architecture & RevOps
Kore.ai is seeking a Manager, GTM Systems Architecture & RevOps to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our global revenue technology stack. This individual will serve as the technical and strategic owner of all GTM systems — building a unified, data-driven environment that powers marketing, sales, and customer success.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid systems architect and sales operations leader — someone who can code, integrate, and automate, while also guiding junior team members and aligning system design with business strategy. You’ll translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions that enable predictable growth and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Design, build, and maintain Kore.ai’s GTM systems architecture across HubSpot, Gainsight, Mixpanel, Looker, AWS, and supporting tools.
●Lead all system integrations, data automations, and API-based connections to create a cohesive Kore.ai environment.
●Develop and maintain custom scripts and data pipelines using Python, JavaScript, and SQL to improve automation, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
● Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance across systems.
● Serve as the HubSpot Super Admin, responsible for configuration, governance, user management, and advanced automation.
● Build custom objects, workflows, and validation logic that align with GTM processes.
● Implement and enforce CRM best practices to ensure clean data, consistent usage, and accurate pipeline reporting.
● Continuously evaluate new HubSpot features and integrations to enhance system performance.
●Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to translate business goals into efficient, automated processes and reporting frameworks.
● Build scalable workflows for lead routing, deal attribution, forecasting, and pipeline governance.
● Drive automation and analytics that improve sales efficiency and data visibility across the funnel.
● Partner with analytics teams to design Looker dashboards and ClickHouse data models that reflect real-time GTM insights.
●Lead and mentor a small team of RevOps analysts and system admins, providing technical guidance and coaching on data management, automation, and best practices.
● Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and ownership across the RevOps function.
● Oversee workload prioritization and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and operational requests.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
● 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Systems Architecture, or related technical operations roles.
● Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (admin-level) including workflows, pipelines, custom objects, and API integrations.
● Strong technical foundation in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and API development.
● Experience integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, data warehouses, etc.).
● Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets (advanced excel), Clickhouse, Looker, Gong, Dialer tools preferred.
● Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical systems and process frameworks.
● Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
●    Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset — able to balance architecture vision with execution detail.
Must be able to work U.S. East Coast hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
