About the role

• We're on the lookout for a passionate Pickleball Pro to join our team. As a Pickleball Instructor, you'll be in charge of providing top-notch coaching and training to our clients, whether they're beginners or seasoned players. We're seeking someone with a strong background in Pickleball, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help players improve their game. We offer a variety of coaching opportunities, including private and group clinics, coaching for private events and parties, and PicklePro led tournaments. 

What you'll do

• Lead pickleball activities and events for players of all levels. 

• Provide personalized coaching and instruction to individuals and groups, focusing on skill development, strategy, and game improvement. 

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. 

• Organize and facilitate pickleball tournaments, leagues, and special events, coordinating schedules, registration, and logistics. 

• Maintain pickleball courts and equipment in excellent condition, ensuring a safe and enjoyable playing environment for all guests. 

• Stay informed about industry trends, rules, and best practices in pickleball coaching and programming, continually seeking opportunities for professional development and improvement. 

Qualifications

• Extensive experience playing and coaching pickleball, with a deep understanding of the game's rules, techniques, and strategies. 

• Proven track record of success as a pickleball coach, with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients and improved player performance. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with players of all ages and skill levels. 

• Deep understanding of pickleball rules, techniques, strategies, and game dynamics. 

• Certified pickleball instructor credentials preferred, but not required. 

• Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals in pickleball. 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and events. 

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to promoting the growth and enjoyment of pickleball.
