We are currently searching for an Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory processes, supporting accurate product availability across all sales channels. This role works closely with planning, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy, track inbound shipments, maintain purchase orders, and support operational efficiency through detailed reporting and analysis.


This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and communicate inventory allocations in partnership with Planning Leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate sharing of allocation data across all sales channels to align teams and support business growth.
  • Partner with team leaders to conduct inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Manage and update Purchase Orders in alignment with team goals and timelines.
  • Maintain inventory item data with accuracy and clarity, ensuring visibility into product life cycles.
  • Partner with Planning Leadership and Manufacturing to track and update inbound shipments.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Assist in prioritizing incoming product activities to support operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and ad hoc sales reporting to support planning functions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous operational improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (economics, supply chain management, mathematics, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory, production, and/or supply chain management roles
  • Experience with inventory management software (Oracle, Netsuite, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Familiarity with inventory management or production management in a retail or consumer packaged goods environment
  • Experience with coordinating cross-departmental projects and timelines
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple deliverables.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate with different teams
