We are currently searching for a high-performing Director, Digital Commerce & Partnerships to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of ECommerce & Digital, this key leader will manage our .com experience, our largest storefront and a critical expression of the KREWE brand. The Director will oversee day-to-day ecommerce site operations, as well as lead initiatives and projects within ECommerce. Partnering with brand marketing, performance marketing, retention, organic social, and affiliate marketing teams, as well as customer experience and fulfillment teams, this leader will optimize site performance, merchandising, user experience and conversion rate across the channel. The Director will oversee a team of direct and indirect reports, as well as external resources. This individual contributes to execution of the go-to-market ECommerce plan around product launches and promotions, technology/UX enhancements, and CRM strategy. The Director, Digital Commerce & Partnerships will also play a key role in the design and development of new ecommerce features, site development and roadmap.


This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management and UX Optimization

  • Lead team to deliver excellence in day to day operations of global ecommerce store.
  • Optimize merchandising plans on  the site to take advantage of activity from marketing, performance, and retention.
  • Use data analytics to generate insights and find growth opportunities related to collections, merchandising, assortment, user experience, site architecture, taxonomy, and critical path.
  • Develop testing roadmap, execute tests and report to leadership on results. 
  • Direct and manage our front and back-end development teams on roadmap to improve AOV, CVR and the overall customer journey.
  • Partner with the UX/UI Designer to implement the UX/UI enhancement roadmap, in partnership with development team.
  • Oversee site components of KREWE’s product launches and promotional events. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and partnerships.
  • Improve site technical performance and SEO/GEO optimization to increase KREWE’s digital visibility.
  • Play a central role in planning and executing KREWE’s semi-annual sale events.
  • Execute site enhancements and improvements to key processes and tools.
  • Develop ecommerce benchmarks and reporting, communicating to leadership on site performance.

Campaign Management and Customer Engagement

  • Ensure process and standards are maintained to deliver consistent and exceptional customer experience on site. 
  • Oversee campaign calendar planning and workflow for ecommerce, retail, and special events.
  • Partner with paid media and marketing team members to optimize conversion rate on site.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategy and tactics for site.

Marketplace and Affiliate Platforms

  • Lead development of new sales channels in luxury marketplace/affiliate ecommerce.
  • Manage onboarding process and launch.
  • Work cross functionally on all necessary assets.
  • Develop business objectives and market strategy with Sr. Director, Ecommerce

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in relevant eCommerce and site management experience, with at least 1 year in a team management role.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to mobilize teams and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience managing front and back end development partners.
  • Experience in Shopify Plus; comfortable with Google Analytics, TripleWhale analytics tools. 
  • Experience in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Retail (D2C) experience is preferred, preferably in luxury fashion or fashion accessories.

Salary (for New York only): Up to $150,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. 

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
