We are currently searching for a Senior Graphic Designer. This role blends conceptual development with hands-on execution. You’ll produce high-impact design across campaigns, product storytelling, eCommerce, packaging, social, retail environments, and emerging channels. You’ll partner closely with Art Direction, Photo, and Marketing to ensure the brand shows up with clarity, taste, and consistency across every touchpoint.
This role is based in our New York City Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Design + Art Direction Support
- Lead and execute campaign creative across product launches, brand moments, and storytelling initiatives.
- Develop concept-driven visual narratives rooted in strong typography, composition, and KREWE’s design ethos.
- Explore new creative techniques, art references, and visual directions that push the brand forward.
- Translate artistic direction into cohesive systems that scale across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels.
- Build elevated presentation decks that articulate strategy, mood, and design logic with clarity and craft.
- Contribute to the evolution of KREWE’s design language—ensuring everything we create feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably KREWE.
Digital + eCommerce Design
- Design high-performing visual assets for email, paid media, the website (as needed), and company social channels.
- Build clean, flexible layout systems that strengthen brand consistency while improving clarity and performance.
- Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to bring forward visuals that balance brand expression with business goals.
Print, Packaging + Retail Environments
- Create premium packaging, print collateral, in-store signage, and retail assets that elevate physical brand experiences.
- Ensure production accuracy through meticulous file preparation, color proofing, and vendor communication.
- Support Production with the briefing and quality control of creative/print vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Photo, Brand, and Retail teams to ensure all design aligns with brand vision and business needs.
- Present work confidently, receive critique thoughtfully, and iterate with speed and intention.
- Uphold and continuously refine the KREWE visual identity, safeguarding consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience within luxury, contemporary fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or top-tier agency environments.
- A portfolio that demonstrates elevated taste, precise typography, rigorous attention to detail, and strong conceptual thinking.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A discerning eye for visual hierarchy, color, spatial rhythm, and refined composition.
- Experience or interest in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
- A commitment to luxury-level refinement—every detail matters, from kerning to production fidelity.
- Ability to move fluidly between big-idea thinking and pixel-level execution.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting creative rationale.
- A proactive, Type-A work ethic—organized, detail-obsessed, and committed to delivering exceptional results on tight timelines.
- Cultural curiosity across fashion, art, architecture, photography, and emerging creative movements—with the ability to channel these influences into brand-right design.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
- A background working in a fast-paced agency environment is a strong plus.

Salary (for New York only): Up to $95,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
