We are bringing more great products to market every day and are looking for a senior leader in supply chain and manufacturing to elevate the department for future scale. This position requires a strategic and results-driven leader with experience managing international teams and overseas manufacturing partners. Applicants must have experience traveling in region and the ability to visit manufacturing partners for extended stays one-two times per quarter and as needed. This role is based in our New Orleans or New York Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • T&A Calendar and Product Manufacturing Milestone Ownership: Own and manage the full product lifecycle calendar, driving accountability across design, sourcing, planning, and marketing. Validate timelines and cross-functional deliverables, lead project management check-ins, and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency. Ensure production stays on schedule and within budget, while building comprehensive production strategies that support business goals.
  • Supply Chain, Inventory, & Planning Ownership: Lead end-to-end supply chain, demand planning, and inventory purchasing. Serve as the key connector between design, planning, and finance to ensure alignment on ordering, inventory levels, and buying strategy.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage and grow our team of both U.S. and international- based FTEs. Spearhead communications amongst the KREWE Design Team, overseas KREWE development and production team, and 3rd Party Manufacturers to obtain regular updates and status per the project milestones.
  • Support Product Design Priorities: Align weekly product development priorities with overall business goals. 
  • Reporting and KPI Achievement: Proactively monitor and communicate team adherence to company KPIs. Elevate reporting suite to be more robust and automated. 
  • Operational Excellence: Drive strategies to achieve operational excellence, optimizing workflow and resource utilization. Monitor operational performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and quality in all aspects of the operation.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration and optimization of technology within operations. Evaluate and implement technological advancements that improve process efficiency, enhance product quality, and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7+ years managing product concept to market through international supply chains, with a strong background in product management. 
  • Experience managing Asia-based teams. Ability to travel in region for 2-4 weeks one to two times per quarter and travel to New Orleans HQ (if New York based) as needed.
  • Experience working with international manufacturing partners in China and/or SE Asia.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with a wide range of functional areas, including creative, design, manufacturing, and familiarity with manufacturing and production concepts.
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and identify patterns, risks, and trends.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Project Management Tools (smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.), ERP systems (preference for Netsuite), and Product Lifecycle Management tools, with a track record of implementation. 
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership in a corporate setting.

Salary (for New York only): Up to $180,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. 

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
