We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team:

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a Python Django application that leads our industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
• Collaborate daily with talented engineers, developing and improving the codebase
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging principles, practices, & technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Python and Javascript/Typescript
• Proficiency in Django or similar ORMs/Web Frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• SQL (Postgres/MySQL/SQL Server) query writing and design experience

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Vue (or React/Angular)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Familiarity with MongoDB
• Experience with monolithic and distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Experience with TDD and Mob Programming
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

Preferred Locations and Time Zones:  

L2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, we are looking for someone who lives in Utah or the EST timezone.
