About You  

You are a highly-organized, detail-driven individual with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for brand presentation. You are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to bring product stories to life across retail and wholesale environments. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, you thrive in executional roles and are motivated to grow within visual merchandising and the broader organization. This is a full time in office role based out of our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Position Summary  

As Visual Merchandising Coordinator you support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring product presentation is consistent, elevated, and aligned with brand standards. This effort includes working cross functionally with New Product Development, Marketing, Creative, and Sales to translate product strategy into compelling visual storytelling.  

 

Essential Functions 

  • Support the creation, distribution, and tracking of seasonal and launch-specific visual merchandising directives. 
  • Photograph in-store merchandising standards and support the development of visual guidelines and presentations (InDesign) 
  • Maintain and organize visual merchandising archives, samples, inventory, and the in-house case line. 
  • Fulfill and track sample and product requests across internal teams and external partners; ensure proper return and organization of all assets. 
  • Manage incoming requests from retail and wholesale partners, ensuring timely communication and alignment with brand standards. 
  • Coordinate the packing and shipment of visual kits, fixtures, props, signage, and merchandising materials. 
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, and NPD teams to support product launches, photoshoots, showroom setup, and visual storytelling. 
  • Support execution of visual merchandising standards at HQ, flagship location, concessions, and wholesale partners. 
  • Prepare presentation decks for internal and external merchandising recaps. 
  • Monitor visual merchandising needs, including POS materials, and assist with budget tracking. 
  • Assist in assembling display mockups, prototypes, planograms, and in-store resets/installations. 
  • Track timelines and support execution of key merchandising initiatives and cyclical business processes. 
  • Maintain and organize field communications and requests through internal systems.  
  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform merchandising direction and design solutions. 


Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and/or Photoshop, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism and business etiquette 
  • Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally across teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong visual eye and an understanding of brand presentation. 
  • Experience supporting merchandising directives.  
  • Ability to manage logistics, inventory, and sample coordination with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the merchandising function.
