Position Summary
As Director of Security, in our secure, private facility, you will oversee the company’s overall security, developing and implementing strategies and policies to protect our employees, assets, and information, managing security and administrative personnel and budgets. You will be responsible for developing security programs, responding to incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing relationships with stakeholders, law enforcement, and vendors.
Ideal Candidate
You are a consistent, reliable, vigilant, and detailed-oriented security person who is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, professional work environment. You possess the interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and visitors at all levels, along with the ability to assist in other functions during downtime (e.g. mail sorting, light office tasks). You have high integrity, good people skills, a good attitude, and a background as a first responder (LEO, Fire, EMT, etc.) or other trained security experience. This would be an ideal position for a retired LEO looking to keep busy while keeping people safe.

70,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Corporate Office)
