Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful candidate to join our Technology team. This role will support day-to-day NetSuite ERP administration and general IT operations, while also driving systems projects, integrations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has intermediate NetSuite experience, general IT knowledge, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has already worked in NetSuite for a few years and is ready to expand their scope by collaborating across departments (Operations, Accounting, Inventory, eCommerce, etc.) to help design and implement systems that support our business.

Essential Functions
- Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users, resolving tickets related to saved searches, permissions, forms, reports, workflows, and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business users to understand needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions
- Run reports, build advanced saved searches, and support use of NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
- Manage and maintain integrations with Shopify, Celigo, SPS Commerce, and custom tools
- Develop, refine, maintain sophisticated workflows in NetSuite – this is a critical skill
- Support the rollout of new manufacturing, inventory, and retail POS systems within the NetSuite ecosystem
- Assist with IT support for basic office and desktop systems (in coordination with the rest of the team)
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, helping ensure clear communication and proper documentation
- Write and review documentation for NetSuite configuration, SOPs, integration specs, and testing
- Coordinate follow-ups and drive accountability on cross-departmental projects
- Assist with user onboarding, training, and general NetSuite enablement
- Serve as project lead or support for NetSuite-related initiatives reporting to VP Technology
Qualifications
- 5+ years overall experience with 2+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar functional role
- Familiarity with NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and forms
- Demonstrated experience with NetSuite integrations (Celigo, Shopify, SPS) is a plus
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
- Basic scripting knowledge or willingness to learn SuiteScript is a plus
- Comfortable supporting general IT needs (e.g., Office 365, basic networking, user provisioning)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Clear communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
