Position Summary
As Boutique Manager, you are responsible for driving sales, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences, managing and motivating a sales team, and ensuring operational efficiency within our designated spaces inside Bloomingdale’s department store. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance data to meet sales targets, maintaining brand standards and visual presentation, overseeing inventory, and executing sales-driving strategies while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction and team development.
