About the role

The Office Experience Associate brings together operations and hospitality to support the employee lifecycle in alignment with the LAKE Ways of Working.  This role focuses on creating a thoughtful environment that reflects our classic style, supports daily office needs, and helps build connections across the team.

You will...

• Ensure facilities and office logistics, in partnership with Sr Manager, Operations, and supplies, food & beverage, in partnership with Employee Experience Manager, are maintained with care, precision, and efficiency—supporting both the day-to-day flow and on-brand moments that matter.  
• Partner closely with Ops and Brand to execute office moves, space improvements, vendor work, and cross-location initiatives.  
• Uphold the look and feel of the office through curated seasonal expression touchpoints.  
• Support the Celebration & Bliss program with purpose.  
• Support internal communications regarding facilities, food & beverage, and celebration with clarity and kindness.  
• Assist LAKE teams, especially Operations, People, and Brand, with ad hoc request as needed. 

You should have...

• 1+yrs internal experience at LAKE or 2+yrs in an office administrative role 
• Strong project management and organization 
• Clear, proactive communication 
• Cross-functional coordination 
• Detail-oriented with strong execution  
• Flexible, calm, and solutions-focused 
• On-brand aesthetic
