Our Seasonal Sales Associates will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the LAKE brand with passion and authenticity in our Charleston location. Although this role is temporary, it is essential to our store's success. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products. 
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are visually appealing. 
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system (Shopify). 
• Educate customers about our products, including fabric details and care instructions. 
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. 
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage with the community.

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required

Required availability dates: 

    Required to start no later than November 18.  Must be in town and available to work Black Friday week (inclusive of Friday, November 29, and Saturday, November 30) and other peak shopping dates, including but not limited to the weekends leading up to Christmas and post-Christmas (December 16–24, December 26–31). LAKE will be closed for a moment of celebration and bliss on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas. LAKE also closes early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
