About LAKE
LAKE started because two friends had a wild dream and the grit to see it through. We retained that entrepreneurial spirit while infusing our company with the things that really matter along the way, like kindness, trust, and authenticity. We're always above ego and work hard — in the softest pajamas imaginable.
Why you want to work LAKE:
- Our company culture and framework allow employees to put family — however you define family — first.
- Heads down, robes on. We’re hardworking, but friendly. You’ll feel a real sense of camaraderie from Day 1.
- Personal and professional growth often go hand in hand. Our company offers room for both (it’s growing fast, too!).
- Refresh your pajama drawer: We offer a generous employee discount.
- TGIF! Headquarter and distribution roles include shortened Fridays, and not just in summer.
LAKE believes that the most comfortable part of your day should be celebrated, from sleepy Saturday mornings to wind-down time with loved ones through all of life's coziest moments. Our pajamas started with a simple silhouette, a classic stripe, and the softest fabric imaginable; 100% Peruvian Pima Cotton. Now, LAKE offers pajama perfection for women, men, and children with collections in a myriad of premium fabrics that extend to casual wear beyond the home too. Founded in Savannah, Georgia, in 2014— you can find LAKE at our stores in Charleston and Atlanta and online at lakepajamas.com.
