The Arrow Fletcher is responsible for attaching fletching’s to arrows while following specific customer specifications. They will also assist arrow production with trimming arrows to length and attaching points, nocks, etc.

Starting pay rate is $16 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Attaches fletchings to arrow with glue or other adhesive product.

Qualifications: 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting a plus

·         Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team

·         Ability to keep workplace organized, efficient and neat  

·         Archery experience a plus

 The physical requirements for this job function are as follows:

·         Must be able to lift 10 lbs

·         Must be able to perform routine tasks with hands for eight hours a day

·         Must be able to sit for up to eight hours a day

·         Must be able to bend, twist and reach overhead to access items at varying levels

·         Must be able to read and write in English
