The Arrow Production Assembler is responsible for trimming arrows to length and attaching points and nocks to arrows while following specific customer specifications. 

Pay rate starting at $17.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Trims arrows to length with table saw

Attaches points and nocks to arrow with glue or other adhesive product

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience with hand and power tools a preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting a plus
• Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to keep workplace organized, efficient and neat  
• Archery experience a plus
