The Archery Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer calls, live chats and emails to provide excellent customer service. Customer interaction will include but not be limited to placing orders, answering technical questions and providing assistance with all customer related concerns.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer all calls, live chats and email tickets delegated by queues
• Provide excellent customer service through placing of orders and technical support
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide accurate, timely information
• Provide efficient follow up as needed or requested by customers
• Successfully work through customer grievances resulting in a satisfied customer
• Maintain active and dynamic knowledge of products in inventory
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Strong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and employees
• Positive, empathetic and professional attitude and desire to work with customers at all times
• Passion for archery as an all-encompassing sport, with experience in at least one discipline
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented with strength in multi-tasking
• Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
• Desire to uphold values and integrity of the company through sound ethical decisions
• Able to work occasional evening and weekend hours
• Ability to fluently speak and write in a language other than English is desired, but is not a requirement for employment
