About the Role:

This position supports the end-to-end creation, management, and execution of new beauty products from concept through launch. Reporting to Assistant Manager of Product Development, this role provides administrative and coordination support to the Product Development (PD) team and Sourcing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

●Track formula & packaging samples, revisions, and approvals across multiple projects

●Oversee the receipt, organization, and outbound shipment of all product development samples.

●Communication with external vendors and internal coworkers for sample coordination and updates

●Inventory management, organization and ordering for Lashify office product closet

●Ship out VIP & process PR (Public Relations) shipments same day they are requested

●Send new products to key people for every launch from first production

●Schedule and document internal and external PD meetings using Zoom, Slack, Google Meets, or other manual methods.

●Send out weekly status on NPD to key stakeholders

●Assist project manager in organizing and maintenance of Monday

●Assist with BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and update

Qualifications:

●Be able to identify daily and weekly tasks with little to no direction, coordinate tasks by importance and proactively collect and disseminate information by anticipating needs for the department and business before being told.

●Self starter and strong attention to detail

●Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

●Comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership, including the CEO and President of the Company

●Comfortable working with on-site, hybrid, and remote workers

●Ability to make “first contact” with subject matter experts in order to collect the necessary information to build reports

PAY RANGE: $30-$32 per hour depending on experience and background
