Who we're looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of edge AI products, including Latent Agent. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to translate strategic vision into product execution and work day-to-day with engineering leaders to debate, scope, and prioritize high-impact features.

What you’ll do

● Product Strategy and Execution

Drive the product roadmap that is aligned with company goals.

Translate executive strategy into tactical plans and technical feature sets.

Balance innovation with practical delivery milestones in complex edge AI workflows

● Cross-functional Leadership

Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML research teams to deliver usable, scalable product experiences

Act as a bridge between leadership vision and engineering execution, facilitating productive debate and alignment

Gather and prioritize internal feedback and market signals to shape product direction.

● Customer & Market Understanding

Develop a deep understanding of users – from ML engineers to system integrators and defense technologists.

Incorporate customer insights into feature development and iteration.

Work closely with sales and GTM teams to translate product capabilities into customer value.

How we decide

Ideal Candidate would be someone

• with 5+ years of demonstrated product management experience in AI/ML, developer platforms, or agentic workflows.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts and edge computing infrastructure.
• Experience working with fast-paced startups, preferably in defense tech, dev tools, or applied AI.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator – able to challenge and be challenged.
• Proven ability to define, prioritize, and deliver features with high execution quality.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders).
