Summary 

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of accounting information, supporting the monthly closing process, and contributing to high-quality financial reporting in a global environment. The role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who works with transparency, takes ownership of deliverables, and demonstrates a strong sense of accountability. We are seeking an individual with a strong professional background and several years of experience in the accounting field, capable of working independently while adhering to internal policies and processes. Prior experience at a Big Four firm is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is highly engaged, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement, with a genuine interest in both professional and personal development.


Key Responsabilities 

  • Perform accounting reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines
  • Analyze accounting discrepancies, identify root causes, and support balance regularization
  • Manage and control balance sheet accounts, ensuring data integrity
  • Actively participate in the monthly close process, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Manage intercompany transactions
  • Record and monitor financial leases under US GAAP and IFRS 16
  • Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to reconciliations

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Solid experience with accounting reconciliations
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
