Summary 


As a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team, you are expected to apply your expertise to support Latitude.sh in driving product awareness and adoption across key market segments.


You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing to develop compelling narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers (developers, IT leaders, etc.) and translate complex infrastructure solutions into clear business value.


We seek a self-starter, dedicated, hands-on professional to join our fast-paced and growing team. This on-site position will require attendance at our São Paulo office near the Paraíso and Ana Rosa subway stations.



Key Responsabilities 

  • Develop, execute, and improve GTM campaigns for our infrastructure solutions and features, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Create compelling technical content and sales enablement materials that demonstrate our platform's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather technical insights and translate them into benefits-focused marketing materials in different formats.
  • Track and analyze product marketing metrics, providing regular insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Perform research, refine and expand customer personas, conduct surveys, and synthesize insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of product marketing strategies across the company.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or similar technical products).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and interact with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing successful product marketing strategies and driving product adoption metrics.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing and reporting on business, marketing, and engineering metrics.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Discipline to adapt to changes and openness to continuously learn new subjects are critical.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English is mandatory and non-negotiable.
  • Background in creating technical content (documentation, API guides, technical blogs) is a huge plus.
