We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth team within Partnerships. This role supports Lavender’s growth by identifying, researching, and engaging potential referral partners across new and existing markets. The Referral Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Partnerships Advisor and Partnerships Manager to ensure outreach efforts are organized, efficient, and aligned with company priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with external outreach. The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in maintaining strong data systems, managing communication workflows, and providing logistical and administrative support that enables the partnerships team to focus on building meaningful, high-impact referral relationships.
