We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help share Lavender’s story and team with potential clients. The Marketing Coordinator supports various administrative tasks to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies and tactics. The marketing coordinator is a
self-starter who thrives at organizing high volumes of information and finding systemic ways to improve quality and efficiency. The role will be responsible for the building, maintenance and optimization of provider profiles for referral partner sites, website content management, supporting the collection and compilation of data and reporting, and marketing administrative support.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and optimize nurse practitioner (NP) profiles for multiple referral partner sites
- Ongoing maintenance and quality control of 80+ profiles per platform to ensure accuracy
- Build process and seek improvement opportunities to optimize NP marketing profiles to increase lead generation
- Conduct ongoing communications and regular meetings with referral site partners and marketing team to improve performance and optimizations
- Track and generate weekly reports for all referral sources by market to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide support for Lavender’s website, including new content, QA and regular audits
- Support marketing initiatives with professional associations, events, conferences and awards
- Draft, edit and format a range of documents and materials
- Research, compile and summarize information/data
- Regularly participate in meetings or conversations to learn the company’s business as it continues to evolve
- Support relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support Lavender’s marketing efforts
What you bring
- Post secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing role; marketing experience is an asset
- Experience working with a US-based healthcare company is an asset
- Working knowledge of HIPAA is an asset
- Passionate about accuracy and quality of work with a drive to enhance productivity by streamlining workflows, automating tasks and reducing errors
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities effectively in a changing environment within defined timelines
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality assurance, ability to formulate or quickly understand business problems, find patterns and identify gaps for process improvement
- Excellent oral and written English skills, ability to generate reports and present in meetings in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
- Proactive and action-oriented team player, creative problem solver with strong critical-thinking abilities, enjoys both independent and team work and comfortable in an ambiguous environment
- Positive and professional image that represents our company values, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong technical skills and experience working with a variety of software and platforms
- Must have your own computer with a quiet place to work and a strong wifi connection
