The Mission:

Build and run the proof engine: generate high-volume, high-trust reviews, testimonials, and case studies that amplify credibility and lift conversion across the funnel.


What You’ll Do:


Drive Review Growth

  • Implement in-app, email, and SMS triggers after customer milestones (go-live, NPS ≥9, CSAT ≥95%) to request platform-specific reviews.
  • Run quarterly “proof drives” and testimonial campaigns with simple scripts and prompts.

Manage & Respond to Reviews

  • Monitor reviews daily across Google, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Yelp, and other priority sites.
  • Reply to every review within 24 hours in a professional yet human voice.
  • Mitigate negatives by pursuing platform-compliant removals (spam, fraud, TOS violations) or resolving issues offline before requesting updates.

Create Testimonials & Case Studies

  • Capture authentic iPhone-style testimonials, turn support wins into short video clips, and spotlight community posts.
  • Publish a steady stream of social proof: weekly testimonials, monthly case studies, and a rolling proof gallery.

Distribute Proof Across Channels

  • Supply fresh customer proof to ads, website, sales decks, and nurture campaigns.
  • Prioritize newer over older and quantified over qualitative proof.

Measure & Report Impact

  • Deliver weekly dashboards on ratings, review volume, response SLAs, NPS/CSAT trends, and proof assets shipped to Marketing & Sales.

What Success Looks Like

  • Significant increase in review volume and ratings on key platforms
  • Median response time under 24 hours, with a high % of negatives resolved or updated
  • Consistent cadence of new testimonials, case studies, and proof assets fueling Sales & Marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing reviews/reputation for SaaS or multi-location brands
  • Deep understanding of Google, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and Yelp policies
  • Excellent written communication — empathetic, concise, and calm under fire
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Support, CS, Product, and Legal
  • Familiarity with tools like Podium, Yext, Birdeye, NiceJob, Sprout, Brandwatch, HubSpot

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in restaurant tech, fintech, or SMB SaaS
  • Light video editing skills for testimonials/UGC
  • SQL or Google Sheets skills for reporting
