Marketing Manager – Growth & Community (Maternity Leave Cover, Starting September 2025)

We’re looking for a talented marketing professional to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave on our Growth & Community team. This hands-on role will give you ownership of several digital and community channels across the LawVu and InView brands.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth & Community, you’ll become a key voice for LawVu and InView, building deep connections with our in-house legal audience.

The role suits a generalist marketer with a strong focus on copy writing, or comms professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands audience psychology, obsesses over copy writing and embeds themself in their audience.


What you’ll do…


Digital marketing

  • Lead email marketing for both LawVu and InView, including:
    • Monthly LawVu newsletter
    • Ad hoc LawVu campaign emails
    • Fortnightly InView Lites
    • InView platform communications
  • Manage social media presence across LawVu and InView
  • Develop copy for a range of digital channels and assets including website landing pages, campaign collateral and ads
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure messaging is aligned and distributed effectively
  • (Bonus) Support with LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads – experience is a plus, but not required


Community engagement

  • Be active and engaged daily in the InView community – listen, respond, and understand our members deeply
  • Own the InView platform: manage the Circle community backend, monitor conversations, drive engagement, and ensure growth
  • Collaborate with LawVu internal advocates to activate broader company engagement in the community
  • Support production and publishing of the Legal Leaders podcast: maintain the content pipeline and coordinate with the host
  • Assist with planning InView events


What you’ll need…


Must-have skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in social media and email marketing
  • Strong track record of working across integrated marketing teams
  • Excellent copywriting skills – adaptable across formats and audiences
  • Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Experience collaborating with creative/content teams to develop audience-relevant campaigns

Nice-to-have experience

  • Community management or platform (Circle) experience
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • B2B SaaS background
  • Legal or professional services industry knowledge
