HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer and business value through ownership of the strategy and product development for LawVu’s Workspace capability. You will manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, where you will validate desirability and business viability, through to implementation and improvement over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics.


What you’ll do…

  • Actively network across LawVu to understand how products fit into LawVu’s strategy, objectives and future 
  • Work directly with the customer to conduct research, collect insights or validate understanding 
  • Use customer data and insights particularly in assessing value and viability risks, to inform product strategy, roadmap and planning 
  • Define the scope of the customer problem and frames possible solutions to test, validate and refine 
  • Participate in developing a strategy for the product, including securing funding, resourcing and leading the annual and quarterly OKR process 
  • Ensure your product team are aware of the product vision and can articulate the value of what we are delivering to customers 
  • Develop product roadmaps to execute on the product strategy, and can manage a product to its roadmap 
  • Develop a release strategy 
  • Work collaboratively with other elements of the product team such as design, engineering, and product marketing to ensure an effective launch 
  • Monitor the overall commercial & customer results of the product, working with other product team members to intervene if required 
  • Monitor and analyze the ongoing performance of a product 
  • Determine where improvements to the existing product can be made or scheduled 
  • Provide support between stages of product development to ensure continuity and cohesiveness, and alignment of product to strategy and roadmap 
  • Manage a product across the end-to-end lifecycle (e.g. launch through to sunset) to ensure maintenance and support throughout the life of the product 
  • Work as a tie-breaking decision-maker, ensuring where the product team cannot get to consensus, the product manager will weigh up all inputs and make the decision.

What you’ll need…

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS
  • 5+ years in product and delivery focused roles
  • Experience with Legal Tech in particular Contract Management tooling
  • Comprehensive understanding of product launch and go-to-market strategy and lifecycles
  • Excellent roadmapping and stakeholder engagement frameworks
  • Solid financial analysis and forecasting skills
  • Solid understanding of business analysis disciplines
  • An enabling attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for our mission
