GTM Engineer

We're now looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Engineer to help define, deploy, and manage our agentic workforce across our relevant GTM channels. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations and will be responsible for leveraging AI-driven automation to enhance prospect targeting, lead engagement, personalization, conversion and pipeline generation. 

 

The GTM Engineer will help drive the technical implementation, optimization, and scaling of our AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, deep Sales and Marketing experience, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to maximize pipeline impact. 

 

What you’ll do… 

  • AI agent ownership and orchestration. Working closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales to define, implement and optimize agentic solutions, executing on required campaigns and actions. 
  • Activate Agents could work across chat, email, social and community for both inbound and outbound channels. 
  • Monitor and refine agents for personalization, intent detection and handling, conversational flows, data enrichment, and tone / brand. 
  • Systems integration and automation. Ensure solutions provided are appropriately integrated within the existing technology stack and meet the performance monitoring and reporting requirements. 
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to define and deploy campaigns that are delivered agentically. 
  • At times / as required to act as the human hand-off for an agent, and therefore to engage directly with Prospects via email / calls. 
  • Experiment and run tests with new solutions, approaches, models and frameworks to improve GTM metrics, productivity and/or capacity across the team. 
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the AI space and collaborate across GTM for how these can be safely used to improve LawVu’s performance. 
  • Ensure solutions maintain the appropriate level of compliance, data privacy and internal governance standards. 

 

What you’ll need… 

  • Experience working in a Sales / Business Development Representative, or Marketing Demand Generation role previously. 
  • A thorough understanding of Marketing, Sales and revenue generation activities and processes, in particular B2B demand generation and GTM / SaaS metrics. 
  • An understanding of AI models, frameworks, agents, chatbots, data integration, RAG, and augmenting humans with these solutions. 
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI agents / agentic solutions. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required, with a willingness to further your knowledge in this area. 
  • 5+ years experience working with other modern GTM automation tools / platforms. 
  • A growth mindset, being curious, data driven and outcome focused. 
  • A strong communicator, being able to bridge the gap between business requirements and outcomes to technical solutions and actions. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the “how” is not always known, focused on proactively solving challenges as they emerge. 

 

Location 

NZ (ideally Wellington, Christchurch or Tauranga), however global / remote for the right individual.
