We are a dynamic organization focused on delivering certification solutions to our clients. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering exceptional results. We’re seeking a talented Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key business clients and contribute to our continued success.


What You'll Do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, acting as their go-to resource.
  • Develop and implement client management strategies to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements.
  • Resolve client challenges with innovative, proactive solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of account management strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, client reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.


What You'll Bring:

  • 4–6 years in a Senior Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, or similar role managing high-value clients.
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to create and execute strategic account plans that exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, market research, and negotiation strategies.
  • Familiarity with solutions that impact multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and a strong ability to analyze and report on client data.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive team environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented focus and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Demonstrated resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments.
