General description
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to develop and own marketing strategy and execution for two of our newest solutions. Your mission is to boost customer acquisition, retention, and expansion by developing compelling value propositions and optimizing the buyer journey through data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial marketing professional with a proven track record of driving product-led growth in B2B SaaS.
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive inbound lead generation strategies to deliver on key pipeline targets.
- Craft value propositions, buyer personas, and targeted messaging based on both current and emerging customer use cases.
- Execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and conversion through digital channels, content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising, ensuring the message reaches the right audience.
- Utilize Salesforce, Intercom, and other tools to manage lead flow, track performance, and maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Own the marketing funnel from lead acquisition to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to hit monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
- Implement growth initiatives for free, trial, and self-serve offerings, optimizing revenue-driving activities like email campaigns, in-app messaging, and targeted content.
- Develop life cycle strategies to promote customer adoption of trial products, drive quick value realization, and increase conversion to paid solutions.
- Design and execute growth programs, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer lifecycle marketing to drive engagement and conversion.
- Oversee content and webinar creation, ad copy, and other marketing collateral to ensure cohesive and high-impact messaging across all channels.
- Partner with sales to create high-value assets like case studies, product demos, and ROI calculators that can aid sales in closing deals.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on driving inbound lead generation and conversion.
- Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, Marketo, and Intercom.
- Experience managing third-party resources, including digital agencies, content writers, and freelancers to scale marketing efforts.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and SEM best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently.
- Data-driven with experience analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
