Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for prioritizing features and driving the development of our SaaS solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business objectives, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in growth-based organizations, and a track-record of delivering projects in different phases of a Products Life Cycle.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Execution and Strategy:

    • Lead the execution of the product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs.

    • Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.

  • Backlog Management:

    • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

    • Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of priorities and deliverables.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team.

    • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions and improvements.

  • Sprint Planning and Execution:

    • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment with product goals and priorities.

    • Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and make adjustments as needed to meet sprint objectives.

  • Performance Metrics:

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide decision-making.

    • Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of generative AI, and a passion on how it will continue to shape software in the future.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Alternate Sitting or Standing at Will. The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is present when a worker has the flexibility to choose between sitting or standing as needed when this need cannot be accommodated by scheduled breaks and/or lunch period.

  • Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. Traditional Keyboard refers to a panel of keys used as the primary input device on a computer, typographic machine or 10-Key numeric keypad.

  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

  • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken or written word to impart oral and written information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken or written instructions to other workers accurately or quickly.

  • Employee is required to have close visual acuity at approximately 20 inches or less to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
