The Solution Consultant is primarily responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with prospective and existing customers. To accomplish this, a Solution Consultant has a foundation of strong business knowledge, executive discovery, and presentation skills, comfort with going from a high-level and strategic to deep into the technology and operational delivery, and an ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.


What You'll Do:


  • Works closely with the LegitScript sales team and prospective customers to understand strategic business challenges, identify appropriate solutions, and communicate how LegitScript uniquely addresses them

  • Drafts and assists with the drafting of presentations and other materials that explain products and services to prospects and customers

  • Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate the benefits and business value of LegitScripts products and services

  • Works closely with the Analyst Operations, Product, and Legal teams to leverage current offerings while tailoring solutions to meet customer’s unique needs

  • Manages and enhances the custom solution process, leading and project managing discovery, technical assessment, evaluation of level of effort, and proposed pricing for unique implementations and custom solutions

  • Proposes improved solutions and processes to customers and explains the benefits of changes

  • Project manages prospect/customer pilots, working with the customer to develop critical success criteria, monitoring pilot progress, and coordinating internal resources required to deliver a successful pilot

  • Assists with the orchestration of customer evaluations, provisioning trial accounts, assisting with user creation, and providing platform enablement

  • Partners with the Product Development teams to provide market and field feedback


What You'll Bring:


  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences

  • 1+ years of related consulting, or professional services experience required

  • Prior experience with web-based technologies (HTML/CSS, Javascript/Typescript)

  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic troubleshooting tools (Postman, cURL, etc)

  • Familiarity with web applications and using utilities like Developer Tools

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size

  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions

  • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance


Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Alternate Sitting or Standing at Will. The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is present when a worker has the flexibility to choose between sitting or standing as needed when this need cannot be accommodated by scheduled breaks and/or lunch period.
  • Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. Traditional Keyboard refers to a panel of keys used as the primary input device on a computer, typographic machine or 10-Key numeric keypad.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken or written word to impart oral and written information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken or written instructions to other workers accurately or quickly.
  • Employee is required to have close visual acuity at approximately 20 inches or less to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
