What you'll do:

  • Perform network assessments and provide pre-sales product recommendations
  • Manage new client onboarding from beginning to end
  • Communicate clearly in technical or non-technical verbiage as the situation or audience requires
  • Understand client needs, processes and goals
  • During onboarding process, assist clients with support requests
  • Identify ways to improve client experiences
  • Be a great team member and problem solver
  • Deliver a world-class client experience

Required Qualifications and Expectations

  • 3+ years in IT, with a minimum of one year performing onsite/in‑person duties
  • Familiar with physical and virtual server technologies
  • Familiar with cloud solutions and infrastructure
  • Familiar with AV and EDR solutions
  • Fundamental network and firewall knowledge - SSL VPN creation, user accounts, DHCP, general troubleshooting
  • Familiar with popular software packages such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiar with desktop and laptop configuration and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of proper handling of sensitive customer data
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Solid customer service abilities including telephone skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter with follow-through
  • Current high-level industry recognized certifications are not required, but are a plus
  • Prior MSP experience preferred but not required
