Acquisitions Analyst (Leverage Homes Division)

Leverage Companies is a dynamic real estate private equity platform on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. We operate a vertically integrated ecosystem made up of three synergistic businesses:

  • Leverage Media – Our education and content platform that equips everyday investors with the knowledge, frameworks, and confidence to build wealth through real estate and entrepreneurship.
  • Leverage Homes – Our acquisitions arm, focused on sourcing, evaluating, and monetizing residential investment properties through wholesale, fix-and-flip, and rental strategies.
  • Brick City Capital – Our private lending business, providing fast and flexible capital to real estate investors nationwide with a focus on DSCR and business-purpose loans.

Founded six years ago and proudly headquartered in Newark, NJ, we are scaling rapidly and building a world-class team committed to operational excellence, bold growth, and long-term impact.

Position Overview

  • Leverage Homes is where this role will focus: a real estate private equity firm backed by Leverage Companies, a national investment group on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. As a fund manager and operator, our team has executed over $4 billion in real estate transactions and is on pace to deploy $800 million in capital across our debt and equity platforms in 2025 — targeting SFR and small to mid-cap multifamily assets.
  • As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will be fully embedded in the Leverage Homes investment ecosystem — underwriting high volumes of real estate opportunities across New Jersey and participating directly in our Investment Committee (IC) process. This is a high-performance, high-growth opportunity to scale into a leadership role, overseeing pods and markets as a future Vice President of Acquisitions.
  • If you’re ready to bet on yourself in a high-growth, high-accountability environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite 25+ real estate investment opportunities per day
  • Analyze SFR, small multifamily, land, and mixed-use assets
  • Identify IC-worthy deals based on profit thresholds
  • Recommend appropriate exit strategies: fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, novation, wholesale
  • Submit clean deal packages into Investment Committee
  • Maintain full CRM compliance with daily reporting
  • Develop deep market expertise in your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with and co-manage a team of 12+
  • Participate in daily live deal discussions and IC syncs
  • Pathway to leadership: promotion to VP with market ownership and revenue accountability

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, technical, and CRM skills
  • Able to manage and prioritize high deal volume in fast-paced settings
  • Fast, accurate decision-making under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Gritty, coachable, and obsessed with getting better
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related fields preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate, finance, or analytics is a plus

Why Join Us?

  • Direct access to executive leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Opportunity to have ownership of the function and create real organizational impact
  • Competitive compensation and benefits

  • A team that values excellence, ownership, and building a business you’re proud of

We’re looking for:

  • You don’t need experience — you need hunger
  • Top 5% communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive
  • Coachable, competitive, and obsessed with personal growth
  • Comfortable on the phone and in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, professional, and able to show up every single day with energy
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation (or plan to get one fast)
  • Organized and tech-savvy: able to manage high lead volume and data
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed — closers don’t watch the clock
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required — production > paper
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
