Position Overview

  • Leverage Homes is where this role will focus: a real estate private equity firm backed by Leverage Companies, a national investment group on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. As a fund manager and operator, our team has executed over $4 billion in real estate transactions and is on pace to deploy $800 million in capital across our debt and equity platforms in 2025 — targeting SFR and small to mid-cap multifamily assets.
  • We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial investment professional to join Leverage Homes as part of our acquisitions leadership track. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing single-family and small to mid-cap multifamily investment opportunities across New Jersey — with the tools, capital, and mentorship of a top-performing private equity firm behind you.
  • This is more than a sales role — it's a fast-track opportunity to build a portfolio, lead a team, and scale into fund management. You’ll be expected to operate at a high velocity, managing warm leads, running outbound seller calls, and mentoring junior team members — all while learning the inner workings of private equity from a group that’s deployed over $4 billion in real estate. Top performers in this role routinely advance into six-figure earnings and leadership within 12–24 months.
  • If you’re ready to bet on yourself in a high-growth, high-accountability environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own sales and acquisition pipeline to source high-quality investment opportunities
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to warm seller leads provided to you daily
  • Oversee, train, and mentor a team of 10+ acquisition professionals
  • Apply elite sales training, proprietary scripts, and operational frameworks to close deals
  • Continuously improve leadership, operational, and business management skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Embrace a culture of execution, discipline, and extreme ownership in daily work(Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role)

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hunger for growth, leadership, and high performance
  • Experience in real estate acquisitions, investment sales, or a high-volume sales environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Self-motivated and coachable with a bias for action
  • Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Commitment to mastering private equity fundamentals and scaling into leadership

Why Join Us?

  • Direct access to executive leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Opportunity to have ownership of the function and create real organizational impact
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Fast-paced, mission-driven environment with serious growth opportunity
  • A team that values excellence, ownership, and building a business you’re proud of

We’re looking for:

  • You don’t need experience — you need hunger
  • Top 5% communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive
  • Coachable, competitive, and obsessed with personal growth
  • Comfortable on the phone and in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, professional, and able to show up every single day with energy
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation (or plan to get one fast)
  • Organized and tech-savvy: able to manage high lead volume and data
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed — closers don’t watch the clock
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required — production > paper
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
