WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Creative Marketing Director, you will own the end-to-end creative strategy and execution across brand marketing, trade marketing, and retail marketing. You’ll lead the development of high-impact creative that fuels distribution gains, accelerates in-store velocity, and builds cultural relevance. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations to ensure creative output is tailored to the right format, channel, and execution need — from packaging and merchandising to digital campaigns and trade assets. You’ll also champion the use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive faster execution, scalability, and efficiency in creative delivery.



WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven Creative Leader in High-Growth CPG – 8+ years in creative direction, brand marketing, or integrated marketing within consumer goods (beverages, dietary supplements, or lifestyle categories).
    Strategic and Execution-Oriented — Ability to connect creative vision to commercial execution, ensuring assets drive distribution, sell-in, and sell-through velocity.
    Deep expertise in brand storytelling, retail creative, trade marketing assets, and omnichannel consumer engagement.
  • Experienced in managing agencies, designers, content creators, and production partners, ensuring timely and high-quality creative delivery.
  • Strong collaborator who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Trade, and Marketing teams, ensuring creative supports business goals at every level.
  • Innovator with a passion for AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies to accelerate execution speed and maximize output.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that integrates brand, trade, and retail marketing.
  • Oversee the creation of consumer-facing campaigns, trade sell-in materials, and in-store creative assets that drive awareness, velocity, and retail expansion.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure creative output supports distributor presentations, retail pitches, and in-store execution.
  • Lead the design and production of packaging, merchandising, POS, and digital content that maximizes impact across multiple channels.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology platforms to accelerate creative development, improve efficiency, and scale execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Operations to ensure creative needs are aligned with go-to-market timelines and retail execution plans.
  • Establish creative KPIs tied to distribution wins, velocity increases, and campaign ROI, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Manage creative budgets with discipline, ensuring maximum ROI on all creative investments.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing creative team that can deliver across multiple channels and formats.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8+ years of creative/marketing leadership within CPG, beverage, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to develop creative that directly drives distribution gains and retail velocity.
  • Strong portfolio of work across brand campaigns, trade marketing, and retail execution.
  • Fluency in emerging creative technologies, including AI-driven design, content generation, and automation platforms.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance creative excellence with commercial objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high accountability.


COMPENSATION

An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. In this role you will contribute directly to a highly lucrative exit and will be rewarded generously as a result. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role.
