Levo Naturals

Director of Field Marketing

ABOUT US

Vivazen launched with a disruptive idea: that a small, plant-powered shot could outperform the synthetic stimulants dominating convenience counters. Over a decade later, we’ve not only proven it, we’ve defined the category. As the original brand to bring kratom-based products to market, we’ve since expanded into a powerful portfolio of clean, effective botanical blends with more than 700 million servings sold nationwide.

Retailers rely on Vivazen to drive real revenue in minimal space. Consumers trust us for fast-acting, feel-good energy they can count on. And behind it all is a business built for speed, ownership, and performance.

At Vivazen, you won’t wait for permission or promotion. From day one, you’ll run a real territory with clear goals, visible numbers, and the support to win. As we enter a new phase of rapid growth, we’re building a team that’s as ambitious as the opportunity. If you're motivated by autonomy, accountability, and upward mobility—and you want to help shape the future of natural performance, you’ll go far at Vivazen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Director of Field Marketing leads our national activation strategy, overseeing all in-market programs (sampling, events, partnerships, and retail marketing) that drive trial, awareness, and lead to measurable revenue growth. This role works closely with sales leadership to ensure every activation supports sell-through, repeat purchase, and sustained velocity at retail.

We’re seeking a marketing leader with strategic vision and operational discipline—someone who understands both how to attract consumers through creative, brand-right activations and how to measure the financial impact behind them. You’ll build a field marketing function grounded in ROI, efficiency, and market insight, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results for both the business and the brand.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Commercial Strategist – You know how to connect brand marketing to business outcomes. You understand how in-market activity translates to sales, velocity, and consumer retention, and you design programs that prove measurable ROI across every activation.
  • Financially Fluent Marketer – You think in both creative and commercial terms. You know how to budget, forecast, and analyze performance data to ensure that each dollar invested delivers a clear return. You are comfortable discussing metrics like VPO, redemption rate, and conversion alongside engagement and awareness.
  • Audience-Centric Operator – You understand how to select events and partnerships that align with the brand’s target consumer and positioning. You focus on consumption-driven opportunities—not vanity activations—ensuring that every experience matches the right audience, message, and retail objective.
  • Remote Execution Expert – You know how to run high-quality events from afar—hiring the right people, setting clear expectations, and ensuring every activation reflects the brand at its best. You manage distributed teams with structure, communication, and consistency, maintaining accountability and delivering successful execution in every market.
  • Cross-Functional Leader – You work closely with sales, digital, and finance to connect field performance with broader business objectives. You share real-time market insights, identify growth opportunities by channel or region, and collaborate on programs that improve sell-through, promotional ROI, and consumer conversion. You ensure that every activation supports both brand strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker – You use data to guide priorities, refine tactics, and report outcomes. You believe marketing success is proven through repeat purchase, market growth, and consumer lifetime value—not just impressions or attendance.
  • Operationally Excellent – You can build disciplined systems, processes, and teams that can scale. You hold yourself and others accountable for execution quality, efficiency, and results.
