CNA/Caregiver opening to provide services to the residents of the community as determined by the Delegating Nurse/Director of Nursing as documented on the resident’s Service Plan and communicated through the caregiver guidelines. Starting rate $17.00

• Demonstrated compassionate, patient with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations
• Demonstrate an appreciation of heritage values, and wisdom of residents and understand the aging process.
• Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with facility policies
• Work utilizing guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures.
• Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition both physically and emotionally.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use.
• Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.
